"TITLE DEED TO THE GARDEN OF EDEN"
AT HIS RIGHT HAND -- PART 2

Jere 32:6-15  And Jeremiah said, The word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Behold, Hanameel the son of Shallum thine uncle shall come unto thee, saying, Buy thee my field that [is] in Anathoth: for the right of redemption [is] thine to buy [it]. So Hanameel mine uncle's son came to me in the court of the prison according to the word of the LORD, and said unto me, Buy my field, I pray thee, that [is] in Anathoth, which [is] in the country of Benjamin: for the right of inheritance [is] thine, and the redemption [is] thine; buy [it] for thyself. Then I knew that this [was] the word of the LORD. And I bought the field of Hanameel my uncle's son, that [was] in Anathoth, and weighed him the money, [even] seventeen shekels of silver. And I subscribed the evidence, and sealed [it], and took witnesses, and weighed [him] the money in the balances. So I took the evidence [TITLE DEED] of the purchase, [both] that which was sealed [according] to the law and custom, and that which was open: And I gave the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch the son of Neriah, the son of Maaseiah, in the sight of Hanameel mine uncle's [son], and in the presence of the witnesses that subscribed the book of the purchase, before all the Jews that sat in the court of the prison. And I charged Baruch before them, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Take these evidences, this evidence of the purchase, both which is sealed, and this evidence which is open; and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may continue many days. For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Houses and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land.

While the enemy marched towards the city, Jeremiah legally purchased it and signed a deed for the property and sealed it, handing it over to Baruch.
• Just before the tragedy occurred and Israel was taken captive by the enemy, all of this took place.
• He sealed a copy of the deed, handed it to Baruch and told him to keep it in a safe place, since it would be a very long time before it would be retrieved again, but IT WOULD BE RETRIEVED.
• Lands would one day be sold again and bought again.

Then he prayed to God about it, knowing that deliverance would come, but it seemed so impossible.
 

Jere 32:24-25  Behold the mounts {mounts: were engines of shot}, they are come unto the city to take it; and the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans, that fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine, and of the pestilence: and what thou hast spoken is come to pass; and, behold, thou seest [it]. And thou hast said unto me, O Lord GOD, Buy thee the field for money, and take witnesses; for the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans.

He said, “Look, God!  The mounts or engines of shot!.  The enemy is right here.  And you just told me to buy land that is being approached by the enemy.”
• “And you told me to buy this land.”

Jere 32:26-31  Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying, Behold, I [am] the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me? Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it: And the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and set fire on this city, and burn it with the houses, upon whose roofs they have offered incense unto Baal, and poured out drink offerings unto other gods, to provoke me to anger. For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work of their hands, saith the LORD. For this city hath been to me [as] a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face,

Jere 32:36-40  And now therefore thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning this city, whereof ye say, It shall be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence; Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely: And they shall be my people, and I will be their God: And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them: And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.

And when we read, like we did this morning, about a book sealed with seven seals in the right hand of God in Revelation 5:1, that is retrieved by Jesus, the Lamb, we see a parallel with this story.
• In fact, God used the symbol of Jeremiah and the title deed of property sealed for future possession in the vision He gave to John about salvation of mankind.

You have to look elsewhere in the Bible to understand what the symbols in Revelation really speak about.
• Its not about Scudd missiles and helicopters and Chinese armies, or computer chips.
• Look in the Bible for the same symbols and ONLY THEN will you interpret the book properly.

Some property was deeded out, to be redeemed after a long time of the enemy holding the property.
• Before the enemy ever came in, Satan, and tempted mankind in the Garden of Eden, God saw what would happen.
• He looked across time as only He has the ability to do, and saw Adam disobeying Him.
• Due to that disobedience God would cast mankind from the Garden as He drove Israel out into the world into all nations.

Compare these words:

Gene 3:24  So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Jere 32:37  Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely:

But after Israel was driven out and in the hand of the enemy, God promised to gather them from where He drove them.
• Back to the Garden again.
• Back to Himself.
• And they would dwell safely.

But to do that, the enemy of their souls would have to be dealt with.

John 12:31-33  Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all [men] unto me. This he said, signifying what death he should die.

This is a perfect parallel to Jeremiah 32.

Don’t look back to your lives before you ever knew God and recall how disgusting you lived and what past events marred you.
• Before the enemy got hold of you, due to man’s disobedience, God wrote up a deed.
• Before the foundation of the world was the Lamb was slain, because at the foundation of the world, in the beginning times of earth, mankind disobeyed God and sinned, and the enemy came in and took over humanity.

While the enemy had you and you were worthless and sinful and filthy, going your own way and not His way, blaspheming and cursing in mud, God ignored all of that, and waited for the right time when He would come down as a man.

Ephe 1:4  According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Titu 1:2  In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

1Pet 1:18-22  Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, [as] silver and gold, from your vain conversation [received] by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, [see that ye] love one another with a pure heart fervently:

Reve 13:8 ...the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

This book was taken and unsealed after Jesus resurrected from the dead.
• Revelation 5 is not GOING TO HAPPEN.
• IT HAS HAPPENED.
• 2,000 years ago, Jesus said NOW SHALL THE PRINCE OF THIS WORLD BE CAST OUT.
• If I be lifted up, I will draw all men to me.

Reve 5:9  And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

Jere 32:37  Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely:

Reve 7:9-10  After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

Oh how the cries went up in praise to God when the lamb retrieved the book!

Damaged by the past?
• Did you have a hard time while the enemy owned you?
• Don’t look down on yourself.
• God looks at it like He’s recovering you back to Himself again.
• Before you even were born and sinned, God already had the work deeded out from before the beginning of the creation to save sinners.

Jere 32:37-38  Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely: And they shall be my people, and I will be their God:

Reve 7:14-17  And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

Psal 16:11  Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence [is] fulness of joy; at thy right hand [there are] pleasures for evermore.

When Jeremiah doubted and explained the situation of the enemy, God told Him that nothing is too hard for him.
• We need to know that GOD DID THE WORK TO SAVE US.
• Nobody was worthy to go in and take the book except the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, God in the flesh.
• You are not saved by works.
• Nothing you can do can save you.

Revelation Chapter 5 is a combination of five pictures from the Old Testament.

1. One of what we read in Jeremiah 32.
2. And another of the Day of Atonement ritual, where the High Priest walked into the Holiest with blood of a sacrifice and OBTAINED COVERING OF SINS FOR THE ENTIRE NATION OF ISRAEL.
3. And the third was the entrance back into the Garden of Eden to take a fruit of life, where in Revelation 10, Jesus tells John to take the book he unsealed and opened and to eat the Book.
4. And fourth, Ezekiel 3 shows God telling Ezekiel to eat a scroll and go and prophecy -- See Revelation 10.
5. And fifth, Moses went atop Mount Sinai and obtained the tablets of stone written on the front and on the backside, despite commonlyheld belief to the contrary -- See Exodus 32:15 - compare with Rev. 5:1.

In His right hand, pleasures forevermore.

The deed has been stored in a safe place for 4000 years.
• In God’s right hand.
