Isaiah
59:2 KJV But your iniquities have separated
between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you,
that he will not hear.
If sin separated us from
God, and God takes our sins away by the blood and death of Jesus, then
we come back into ATONEMENT (at-one) with God.
- The blood sprinkled on the mercy
seat of the ark was from the altar of the temple.
- The altar was where sacrifice was
offered for sins.
- That blood was sprinkled on the ark
of the covenant to indicate how we come into UNION with God at His
throne.
- We are not gods, nor ever will be,
but we are in union with Jesus Christ who is on the throne.
- That is why Eph 2:5-6 says we
are seated together with Him in heavenly places.
The cherubims blocked Adam out of
the garden after Adam sinned and was cast out.
- Those same cherubims were next
mentioned when God directed Israel to embroider their likeness on
the veil that blocked people from entering the most holy place of the
tabernacle.
- Within that most holy place was the
Ark of the Covenant.
- So the most holy place is a model
of the Garden of Eden.
- As the cherubims blocked Adam
from the Garden they were on the veil that blocked people from
entering the most holy place of the temple.
The ark was called the GLORY
OF GOD in the Bible.
As God's glory, represented by the Ark, was behind the chuerbims on the
veil, God's glory dwelt inside the garden of Eden.
Man has sinned and has lost
the Kingdom from the Garden.
- The lid of the Ark of the covenant was called the mercyseat,
which was shaped like God's throne.
- God spoke from the mercyseat.
- From this little model of the throne of God on earth, God spoke
His word.
- It was God's glory that lit the most holy place.
Entrance into the Holiest
represents entrance into the KINGDOM REALM.
When Jesus died, the veil with the cherubims on it was ripped open,
indicating that the way into the GARDEN OF EDEN was once again opened
for mankind.
- The people who are saved
are now back in the holiest on the throne with Jesus.
- Back in the Kingdom!
Revelation
1:5-6 KJV And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and
the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the
earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from
our sins in his own blood, (6) And hath made
us kings and priests unto
God and his Father; to him be glory and
dominion for
ever and ever. Amen.
The same blood that already washed us from sins is attributed to having
already made us kings and priests.
We are seated as KINGS with Christ on the throne in heavenly places.
BLood was sprinkled on that model of the throne on the Ark.
- That blood made us kings and
priests!
- No wonder the mercyseat had
the faces of cherubims looking at that throne where the blood was
sprinkled.
Are cherubims angels?
Ezekiel
10:1 KJV Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was
above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as
it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
Ezekiel 10:14 KJV And every one had
four faces: the first face was the face of a cherub, and the second
face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the
fourth the face of an eagle.
Revelation 4:7 KJV And the first beast was
like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had
a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
Revelation 5:8-9 KJV And when
he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders
fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden
vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. (9)
And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and
to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed
us to God by thy blood out
of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; (10) And
hast made us unto
our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
So, the eyes of the cherubims
looking at the blood on the throne represent the CHURCH seated with
Christ on the throne.
- Their eyes represent undestanding
(Eph 1:18).
- And these cherubims looking
with eyes at the blood on the throne, represents UNDERSTANDING His
BLOOD MADE US KINGS.
This blood was sprinkled on the ark on the day of ATONEMENT -
AT-ONE-ment.
- Atonement makes us ONE with God
again.
- So we are at one with Him again -- atoned.
We are seated with Him but we just
need to SEE it.
This is UNION TO KINGDOM GLORY because we have been made ONE (atoned
for) with Jesus, and His seating on the throne puts us on the throne
with Him!

Peter 1:17-19 KJV For he received from God the Father honour and
glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory,
This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. (18) And
this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in
the holy mount. (19) We have also a more sure word of
prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as
unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the
day star arise in your hearts:
As truth is preached to us, glory shines on us and it changes us into
His image.

Corinthians 3:18 KJV But we all, with open face beholding as in a
glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory
to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
God's FACE changes you into his image.
- He shines UNTIL -- for the
purpose of -- the light shining out from inside us.
God spoke to the priest from the ark.
- He spoke to us through the
face of Jesus Christ.
- And this is GLORY.
WHEN THE TRUTH OF GOD IS GIVEN, all of this is representing THE GLORY
OF THE MOST HOLY GOD SHINING ON YOU words that WILL CHANGE YOU INTO HIS
IMAGE.
If sin started and caused man to fall from the Kingdom of God when the
serpent had mankind look at themselves as gods, then how much more can
the Kingdom of God operate in our lives as Christians if we deny
ourselves and always lift up Jesus?
MOSES AND JOSHUA
Moses first experienced holy ground, as though he entered the most holy
place.
- And look at how UNION TO GOD
was demonstrated to him.
Exodus
3:2-5 KJV And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of
fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush
burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. (3) And Moses said, I
will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not
burnt. (4) And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God
called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses.
And he said, Here am I. (5) And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off
thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is
holy ground.
Of all the words God spoke to Moses, we see the concept of UNION TO
GOD, or ATONEMENT involved.
He saw a burning bush that would sort of be in place of the ark of the
covenant in the holiest, showing us a message about the message of the
ark.
The bush was not burning.
- God spoke from that bush as
He spoke later from between the cherubims on the mercyseat.
- A bush is comprised of
multiple branches.
- What is the message?
Moses tried serving God as Exodus
leader forty years earlier and failed.
- At that time he had no
concept of UNION TO GOD.
- He attempted to deliver
Israel in his own human strength outside of reliance and dependence
upon God.
This time, the message of
deliverance and how it would occur was given to Moses:
Exodus
3:8 KJV And I am come down
to deliver them out
of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land
unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey;
unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites,
and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.
Each time He went back to speak with God, he went to that bush:
God would do the delivering, using MOSES.
Instead of an ark, the glory appeared in a burning bush.
- So the same idea of speaking
from the ark/throne is seen in speaking from a burning bush that was
not burned up.
- It is a message of KINGDOM
UNION that has to do with our union to HIS POWER in the Kingdom.
- Words from a throne represent
KINGDOM words and KINGDOM truths.
- And the same picture OF UNION
in the KINGDOM is seen in God's words from a burning bush.
Exodus
6:6-8 KJV Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the
LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians,
and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a
stretched out arm, and with great judgments: (7) And I will
take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall
know that I am the LORD your God, which bringeth you out from under the
burdens of the Egyptians. (8) And I will bring you in unto
the land, concerning the which I did swear to give it to Abraham, to
Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it you for an heritage: I am the
LORD.
7 Times God said I WILL.
- 7 is God's PERFECT number.
- 7 "I wills" mean Go'd Perfect
Will.
- God's perfect will is for Him
to use us in HIS POWER!
Here is why God spoke from a
burning bush that would not burn out.
Moses burned out when he tried on his
own power.
- He would learn that burning
out was due to his independent attempt.
- But if he could learn the
concept of being a branch connected to
the vine, with all God's people as branches, like the picture of the
bush, he would burn in fiery anointing and NOT BURN OUT like he did
before.
- Even the youth shall faint,
but if we understand our need for UNION to God, this God who does not
faint will give POWER to us, and we shall run and not faint.
Isaiah 40:28-31 KJV Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the
everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth,
fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his
understanding. (29) He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have
no might he increaseth strength. (30) Even the youths shall faint and
be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: (31) But they that wait
upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with
wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they
shall walk, and not faint.
IF GOD DOES NOT FAINT, AND IF YOUTH FAINT, AND IF WE NOT FAINT, God
must give us HIS POWER.
THIS IS UNION TO KINGDOM POWER!
- Moses would not burn out if he was
like a little branch on the bush of God's Kingdom.
- See UNION TO GOD in HIS
KINGDOM!
ISRAEL WAS COMING TO THE KINGDOM when she was given wings as eagles.
Exodus
19:4 KJV Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on
eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.
HIS WILL DOING WORK is associated with EAGLES WINGS.
Once GOD got Moses into a KINGDOM mentality of GOD doing his will,
eagles wings were given to the people.
Notice In Rev the sequence.
- The ARK is the KINGDOM SYMBOL.
Revelation
11:19 KJV And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen
in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were
lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great
hail.
THEN A THRONE is mentioned.
Revelation
12:5-6 KJV And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all
nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
(6) And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place
prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred
and threescore days.
THEN PEOPLE OVERCOMNG like in Rev 5!
Revelation
12:11 KJV And they overcame
him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their
testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
THEN EAGLES WINGS.
Revelation
12:14 KJV And to the woman
were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into
the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and
times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
KINGDOM messages are about HIS WILL and OUR UNION TO HIM to see HIS
WILL DONE.
His POWER is not on us when we have OUR OWN KINGDOMS and do not enter
HIS KINGDOM.
And eagles wings
are associated with it.
Union to God requires us to understand we need to tap into His power
and not run on our own.
- Isaiah 40 is emphasizing
union to God for power.
- It is revealing what we can
experience if we acknowledge our union by atonement, and operate in
KINGDOM POWER.
And on the Ark, the Cheurbims had,
as it were, EAGLE'S WINGS!
