"BRINGING EARTH BACK TO HEAVEN"

Matt 6:9-10  After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as [it is] in heaven.

Ephe 1:10  That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; [even] in him:

HEAVEN AND EARTH.

• This is the issue of the very first verse we read in the Bible.
• It establishes the theme of the entire Bible for us.
• It is the issue of the entire trouble we have as Christians
• This is  a book about Heaven and Earth.
• But not like you might think.

• he created them to be in union.
• He created them to be in harmony with one another.
• Then we read a problem with one of the two:


Gene 1:2  And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
 

• Something happened to the earth.
• God's Spirit had to work with it.

Man is made from these two realms.

• Heaven and earth.

Gene 2:7  And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground [EARTH], and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life [HEAVEN]; and man became a living soul.

Eccl 12:7  Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

One part from God who is SPIRIT, and the other part from EARTH.

Heaven and Earth is the spiritual and the physical.

We are made from two SOURCE REALMS.

• Since we came from these two realms, Heaven and Earth, that is why the Bible begins with these two very important SOURCE REALMS.

• Everything focuses on that in the Bible.

• We must keep our bodies under!

You cannot simply leave your flesh alone and expect all to turn out alright.

• One sinner man told me he did not think to take his child to church since he would let the child grow and the child would make up his own man later in life.
• No.
• If you as a parent le the child go and let his flesh have its way and not direct the child to understand about God and the spiritual, that flesh will go wild.
• The child will only by a miracle later choose.
• Jesus compared our hearts to the soil.
• Let it go and the weeds will grow wild and choke any Word of God in there.
• Or the stones will remain and prevent the Word from getting in deep enough to save us.
• Or the birds of the air will take the seed of the Word away.
• Effort to deal with the flesh is incumbent upon us.

In our relationship with Christ, all is solid and stable.

• Heaven is not altered although the earthly trials we go through change like the calm sea can change to raging waves.
• What has been settled in Heaven remains so as long as we do not lose faith.
• We are seated together with Christ in heavenly places.
• We are blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places.
• Christ is at God's right hand in Heavenly places.
• That is a fact.

• Many believe in it, but do not scarcely understand it at all.
• This was never meant to be.
• Satan does not want Heaven and Earth to unite.
• Satan know sthat God is Spirit, and in order to manifest in the physical, He created man from both spirit and physical to flow through as thorugh a vessel.
• So he managed to separate heaven from earth, by keeping man from filling himself with LIFE of God's Spirit, seen in the fruit of life from the tree of life.
• He put something else into us.
• And he will try to keep us from ever knowing the truth of the spiritual.
• There is a lot of spirituality, but not all of it is truthful.
• People believe in horoscopes, but these are forbidden in the bible as witchcraft (Isa. 47:13).
• People pray to idols but these are only demons disguised as gods (Deut 32:17  They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new [gods that] came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.)

The tree of life was meant to fully connect the two realms.

• It stood in the air from the earth, between heaven and Earth, ready to unite the two together in mankind.
• It was the giver of fruit of life and Adam was the receiver.

• It unites Heaven and earth.
• It brings us back to God.
• It is the one means by which we enter into union with Christ.
• You begin union with Him in no other means than by His death as us.
• We begin by DYING with Him.

• My flesh is the earth.He said IN EARTH.
• In my flesh is the problem.
• My relationship with God in my spirit (the part that is made from Heaven) is alright.
• It is solid.
• I am seated with Christ.
• But sometimes my flesh makes me feel like that is not true.
• It makes me feel like I am alone.
• But I am ONE WITH HIM.
• Let God's will be done in our flesh as it is in our spirits.
• UNION.

• UNION.
• If we have FAITH in our unions with Him in the Spirit, then we will present our EARTHLY MEMBERS to Him and UNION will be experienced in our flesh as well.
• Our hands will be His hands.
• You see, He already purchased our spirits and bodies, both.


1Cor 6:20  For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

• That is not JUST a negative thing as if to induce us to say, "Oh no.  I have to sacrifice some physical things now."
• No!
• It is positive, too!
• We do have to sacrifice some fleshly things to live for God.
• But God does not take what He does not give return for in multiplied manner!
• Our flesh can be used for His wonderful work!

Roma 6:13  Neither yield ye your members [as] instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members [as] instruments of righteousness unto God.

I like that last phrase.

• Our members... our hands and mouths and feet... can be His instruments of righteousness!

• Jesus had to do work in the two realms.
• He had to manifest in flesh and die on the cross.
• Then He had to present His own blood in heaven to redeem us (Heb 9:12).
• The Heavenly presentation was the greatest work.
• Redemption.
• His earthly work was the means to accomplish the heavenly work afterwards!

• We sometimes feel no good.
• We sometimes  feel bad.
• We sometimes feel intimidated.
• But we are God's children and more than conquerors.
• In reality we are seated with Christ above all powers!
• But the physical would scream out to us to FEEL differently.
• What are we going to live by.
• We are kings and priests.
• But this priesthood is not with outward robes we can see or outward crowns for our kingship.
• It is SPIRITUAL.
• And since too many live more naturally than spiritually, they hardly recognize their true spiritual power of kings and priests!
• Its unfortunate we live so much by our five senses, since it hinders us from accepting the spiritual power we hold!
• We cannot SEE that we are kings, and we FEEL "lousy" at times, so we think we are "lousy."
• We have got to separate the feelings from the reality.
• Separate the soul from the spirit.

• Do you think God would let him loose for one moment if God did not want him around?
• God is using the devil, although the devil would never believe it!
• He uses him when he lets the devil attack us, so as to see us face the battle and come out stronger on the other end.
• So do not fret over the devil.
• He's not your worry.
• Your worry is your own misunderstanding of the reality of the spiritual union you have with Christ.
• Your worry is thinking you are nothing because you feel like that.
• You need to learn to go by the spirit and not the earth.

• Fruit of the knowledge of good and evil.
• Satan had something in him.


John 14:30  Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

• The devil offered him to think of HIMSELF when he fasted and turn stone to bread.
• The devil offered Him to think of HIMSELF and float down from the temple for all to see and be amazed at as angels carried him down.
• The devil offered him to think of HIMSELF and gloat in the glory of having all the kingdoms of the world if he would fall down and worship the devil.
• Jesus took nothing the devil offered.
• Satan had nothing in Him.
• Satan failed in separating Christ from Heaven.
• He succeeded in Adam by putting something in Adam.
• But Jesus was intent on bring earth back to Heaven.
• And He knew how the devil worked.

• Satan wants you to ignorant of the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN.
• He wants you to FEEL a certain way that contradicts the truth and cause you to LIVE by that feeling rather than ignore the feeling and know that no matter what you feel like, you are seated in Heavenly places!

• That means to make this place your home.
• YOU ARE SEATED IN HEAVENLY PLACES, NO MATTER WHAT YOU FEEL LIKE.

• They're still saved, and you cannot help the devil putting thoughts into your mind.
• But you can help DWELLING ON THEM!
• You cannot stop a bird from flying over your head, but you can stop it from building a nest in your hair!

• The devil tempts us with thoughts in our minds.
• Being tempted does not mean you are not saved.
• Keep that in MIND.

• He knows it was a mistake and knows God forgives us if we ask.
• But he doesn't want you to know that, so he pours on the guilt trip.
• But even when you sin you are still God's child.
• You cannot be UNBORN.
• The prodigal was still God's child, although he would have died in hell had he not realize better and returned to the Father's house.
• That is why the devil wants to keep prodigals in the pig pen.
• But wake up, prodigal!
• Go back home.
• He's still your father.
• When the prodigal returned, he said, "Make me a servant.  I am not worthy to be called 'son'."
• And the Father ignored that and said, "This my SON is home!!"

• Go by facts.
• Feelings say you are no good.
• Facts say you are seated with Christ.

Let His will be done in earth as it is in heaven.

• In this world, live as you are in heaven.
• You are seated in heaven.
• You have all blessings in heaven.
• You are in Christ in Heaven.
• That was settled in Heaven (Rev. 4:1; 5:9).
• Don't let earthly feelings make you think you are not blessed!

• Let the will that exists in heaven be done and made known in earth!
• LIVE on this earth according to what is so in heaven!
